We prepare designs including project documentation, production, assembly, adjustments and disposal of steel constructions, in particular:

  • Maintenance of slag and ash removal processes

Machining works

In the field of machining, separation and other metal processing we offer:

  • Lathe works up to 1.5 m of turning length and 340 mm above support
  • Milling up to 200 mm in height and 600 mm in length
  • Boring up to 50 mm in diameter
  • Separation on hydraulic scissors up to the thickness of 10 mm and length of 3 m
  • Plasma separation
  • Grinding including surface grinding and grinding in angles (magnet)

Welding school

The seat of the welding school is in the company premises in Dětmarovice no. 1240. Practical and theoretical lessons take place in these premises. The tradition of the welding school dates back to the 1980s and it continues the tradition of the welding school run by the vocational school of power engineering in Ostrava.
At the client's request we are able to organize lessons even in the client's premises if they are suitable for this purpose.

Quality in welding

The company employs an experienced team of welding engineers (3 employees), a welding practitioner EWP and a welding inspector EWT-I who provide the following expert services:

  • Preparing technological welding processes according to documentation supplied by a customer
  • Inspection in welding
  • Visual check of weld joints according to ČSN EN 970
  • Preparation for examinations in welding techniques (WPQR) according to ČSN EN ISO 15 614-1
  • Supervision of concrete steel welding according to ČSN EN ISO 17660
  • Keeping records of welders in companies and extending welders' qualifications
  • Counseling

Operation premises cleaning and chemical cleaning

  • Operation (gross) cleaning including waste removal and disposal
  • Work with industrial vacuum cleaner
  • Cleaning containers, chemical reactors
  • Chemical cleaning with degradable cleaning agents, i. e. exchangers, piping systems, heat transfer surfaces in a closed system (see the presentation)

Care for lawns and plants
